About Me

Hello, my wife and I have lived west of Austin in Bee Cave for the past 12 years where I have practiced real estate for 10 years. Initially builidng my business in residential sales in the local area. Over time I found that my extensive business background and ability to build long tern relationships allows me to work in all areas of real estate. Since moving to Bee Cave and starting my real estate business I have spent 9 years on the Bee Cave Planning and Zoning Commission and 3 years on the city council as Mayor Prop Tem. This experience has helped me gain additional knowledge about land use, property owner rights, and land values in the area.

My experience tells me that people want to do business with people they can trust. Trust as you know must be earned and cannot be achieved by presenting a resume of academic accomplishment, belonging to various civic groups, or contributing to causes. Trust is built between people who prove they care about others more than they care about themselves. My business has been built by putting others needs before my own.

My goal is to help customers and prospective customers achieve their real estate goals. Why did I mention prospective customers? People often call me for information and advice without ever committing or implying they intend to do business with me. I share my knowledge and experience with them knowing that eventually the benefits of doing so will return to me personal and financial satisfaction.
